Magnificent vintage Sansui Midi-stereo systems from the early 80s. It is a so-called "midi-system", which means the components are somewhat narrower (usually around 34.5 cm) than standard wide Hi-Fi equipment. During this period, Sansui was known for its reliable Japanese build quality and tight design.

The set consists of three separate components:
1. Sansui T-M55L (Top component)
Type: AM/FM Stereo Tuner.
Function: This is the radio receiver. It has a classic analog tuning scale that lights up. The "L" in the model name indicates that the device, in addition to the standard FM and MW bands, is also equipped with the LW (Long Wave) band. [1]
2. Sansui D-M55F (Middle component)
Type: Stereo Cassette Deck.
Function: A more advanced cassette deck for its time, equipped with Full Logic Control. This means you operate the buttons electronically via touch-sensitive pads instead of heavy mechanical push-buttons. The deck supports Metal-tapes (for better dynamics and less hiss) and features the well-known Dolby B noise reduction system.
3. Sansui A-M77 (Bottom component)
Type: Integrated Stereo Amplifier.
It features a Compu Selector (an electronic switching system for input sources) and knobs for volume, bass and treble.
The amplifier also has a Phono input for a turntable. This input has an built-in RIAA preamp. Plug your turntable into here and don’t forget to attach the thin ground wire (GND) from your turntable to the ground terminal on the amplifier.
