Extraordinary antique handbag (evening purse) entirely made in finely hand-woven silver mesh. Features a magnificently worked opening with engravings and reliefs of floral motifs in an Art Nouveau aesthetic, accompanied by a mouth closure with double orb and a chain of links for carrying on the shoulder or in the hand.
Material: Silver (Stamp "800" visible inside the opening along with the silversmith’s mark).
