It is a beautiful, natural, genuine, unaltered Charoite.
Charoite has a very intense and distinctive purple color with the unique pattern of swirls, feathers, and needles. The piece may include patches of stars in black (Aegirine), orange (Tinaksite), and even transparent crystals (Microcline Feldspar). Due to its rare color-changing properties, the Charoite looks very lively, making the piece an exclusive decorative object.
The Charoite was discovered in 1978 and is a very rare mineral found only in Siberia, Russia. It is named after the Chara River, which flows past the mountain where it is mined.
