Condition
The collection is in good to very good overall condition, considering the age of the houses.
Most of the houses still have their corks and seals and appear to retain their original contents.
The following known imperfections should be noted:
No. 57: empty/open.
No. 70: damaged cork.
No. 85 (one example): small chip to the roof.
No. 85 (second example): minor damage to the cork seal.
Apart from these specifically mentioned imperfections, no significant damage has been observed on the other houses. The important examples Nos. 48, 88, 95, 98 and 101 are in very good visual condition.
Important information
These are vintage collectible items and are offered in their current condition. Please study all photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the description and show the actual 27 houses included in the lot.
The collection will be carefully packed for shipping (insured)
