Description from the seller
Small caned side table – Louis XVI style – 20th century
Charming small rectangular side table in wood and caning, presenting an elegant aesthetic inspired by Louis XVI / neoclassical style.
It rests on four slender turned and fluted legs, linked by a decorative curved brace adorned with a small central turned element.
The frieze features a worked decoration that highlights the elegant character of the piece.
The rectangular top is composed of natural cane weave, surrounded by a moulded wood frame.
The wooden structure has been stained in a golden tone, presumably after its manufacture.
This finish gives it a distinctive decorative appearance and can be kept as is or possibly refreshed/restored according to the tastes of its future owner.

Estimated period: 20th century
Materials: wood with golden finish and natural cane
Height: 50 cm

Cane in good condition.
A pretty side table, end table, or decorative table, easy to integrate into both a classic interior and a more contemporary decor.
