Splendid and elegant desktop / mantle clock in the classic "Bracket Clock" style, superb craftsmanship of the famous German clockmaking house Kienzle. The clock is presented in excellent condition both aesthetically and mechanically, ready to be displayed and admired.
The heart of this piece is the prestigious manual-wind mechanical movement Kienzle / Hermle caliber 340-020 with an 8-day power reserve. The mechanism is equipped with the floating balance escapement, a sought-after technology that ensures exceptional chronometric precision without the need for a pendulum.
The Westminster chime sounds on the quarter hours with a smooth progression of notes and performs the full hourly strikes on the set of five lower hammers. The sound is exceptionally clear, warm, and harmonious.
