Important information: Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), shipping to EU countries is currently not economical. Therefore we only ship to non-EU countries in Europe (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, UK, Iceland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania). And of course to all other non-EU countries worldwide! Self-pickup in Vienna is of course still possible. Shipping to an Austrian parcel shop, which borders EU neighboring countries (i.e., Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, Slovenia), would also be an option. If we do ship to EU countries in exceptional cases, this concerns exclusively goods that were already imported into the EU before 12.08.2026 and cleared for free circulation for customs purposes. The goods will be shipped in their original packaging. For these pre-12.08.2026 EU-imported old inventories, the new PPWR requirements do not apply retroactively.
