Pair (2 pieces) of contemporary bird sculptures by the Senegalese artist Mamadou Tall Diédhiou (born 1947 in Niomoune, Senegal).
The artist is internationally known as a 'Bird Maker' and creates his works in the style of African Recycled / Outsider Art. Both pieces stand on wooden pedestals and are hand-signed as well as dated with 'TALL diédhiou 04' (2004). Very good condition with a beautiful patina. Unique ensemble.
