Original Dutch stained-glass window in a wooden frame from Haarlem, dating to 1930–1940, made of glass with leaded glass, dimensions approximately 100 × 60 cm and 1 cm deep, in good condition with signs of aging and minor marks; the frame shows authentic aging and has not been restored.
Description from the seller
Original Dutch stained glass window in a wooden frame, sourced from an older building and preserved after dismantling the original frame.
The window features a beautiful, symmetrical, geometric design, executed in structural glass with colored accents in amber/orange, deep red, and green/turquoise. The combination of the structural glass, the various colors, and the original leaded came adds a characteristic appearance to the window.
Dimensions: approx. 100 × 60 cm.
The stained glass has been carefully cleaned. The original leaded came has been preserved and has not been polished or restored.
Condition:
The glass of this piece has been inspected and all glass parts are intact; there are no cracks observed.
The original wooden frame shows clear signs of age and use, including flaking paint and localized wear. The frame has deliberately not been restored, so the authentic look is preserved and a future owner can decide how to finish it themselves.
The window is suitable for reuse in, for example, a historic building, interior door, partition wall, or interior project, but can also be used as a standalone decorative object.
