Monumental authentic kifwebe, from my personal collection. Height 66 cm, depth 32 cm, width 28 cm.
Widely used, signs of abrasion, wear at the attachment points. Patina marked. In good condition.
Polychromy still present, eyes protruding, rectangular prominent mouth, central crest (male).
Incisions of parallel striations, marked with red, black and white pigments. Presence of animal hair.
Mask used for dance to impress spectators, mark of power and strength.

Monumental kifwebe authentique, de ma collection personnelle.  Hauteur 66cm, profondeur 32cm, largeur 28cm.
Largement utilisé, marques d'abrasion, usure des points d'attache. Patine marquée. En bon état.
Polychromie toujours présentes, yeux projetés, bouche rectangulaire saillante, crête centrale (mâle).
Incises de stries parallèles, marquées de pigments rouge, noir et blanc. Présence de crins animal.
Masque de danse utilisé pour impressionner les spectateurs, marque le pouvoir et la force.
