Table lamp - Brass, Copper, Marble - Mythical Dolphin

An elegant and luxurious electric table lamp in Hollywood Regency style.
The lamp base is crafted in detailed cast brass in the shape of a mythical dolphin (a classic heraldic/mythologized sea creature) resting on a worked rosette.
The whole sits on a heavy, round foot of veined alabaster/marble.
The lamp is fitted with a matching conical fabric shade with a subtly marbled pattern and emits a warm, atmospheric light.
It has been converted and mounted into a full-fledged electric lamp.

One lamp is wired for a single bulb with a large E27 socket and includes a plug with on/off switch.

Condition:
In very good and good working condition.
The brass has a beautiful warm patina and the marble base is undamaged.
The wiring and socket are functional and the shade is in neat condition.
