Description from the seller

Protective fetish figure made of iron and leather

In traditional African art there are many different fetishes, whose use varies. They can be both useful and evil, contrary to the negative impression that many have. They generally relate to solving fertility problems, bad luck, bad weather, or simply relationship problems. Fali fetishes are often rejected according to their structure: a skeletal metal form around which the witch doctor will wind a rope.

The owner of the fetish can then carry it with him or perform rites.
