Description from the seller

Exceptional antique René Lalique glass vase, signed “R. LALIQUE”.
Crafted in clear moulded crystal, the vase features an elegant raised botanical design of stylised fruits and leaves, beautifully combining transparent and softly frosted surfaces. The sculptural decoration captures and diffuses the light with the refined naturalism characteristic of René Lalique.
The “R. LALIQUE” signature is generally associated with pieces produced during René Lalique’s lifetime, before 1945. The vase can therefore be attributed to the early 20th-century Art Deco period, most likely the interwar years.
The vase is preserved in excellent antique condition, it retains a remarkable decorative presence and remains highly desirable as an authentic example of early Lalique glassmaking.
A rare and elegant collector’s piece celebrating one of the greatest masters of French decorative glass.
Height – 12.7 cm
Top diameter – 8.8 cm
Base diameter – 6.7 cm
