Antonio Berti - Sculpture, Carabinieri nella tempesta - 23 cm - Metal - 1950

This sculpture appears to be a reproduction of the famous work "Carabinieri nella tormenta", created by the renowned Italian sculptor Antonio Berti. It depicts two Carabinieri on patrol advancing together, wrapped in their historic cloaks blown by the wind and wearing the traditional bicorne hats on their heads. The original work was conceived by the Florentine master Antonio Berti (1904–1990) at the Army's request. Made in silvered metal, pewter, or patinated brass, positioned on a wooden base.
