Antique French figural mantel clock in Napoleon III style, dating to around 1870–1880 with a gilded cast metal case and Carrara marble base, mechanical pendulum movement, 8-day power reserve, strikes on the half hour with one bell, approximately 35 x 34 x 12 cm and weighing 12 g, marked Ph. Mourey on the back, currently in fair to poor condition with visible damage and parts possibly missing, not in working order.

Antique French figurative mantel clock – Napoleon III style
An impressive, richly decorated French mantel clock in the elegant Napoleon III style, which is presumably dating from around 1870–1880.
The clock captivates with its opulent, gold-colored design and the elaborately crafted figural adornments. In particular, the elegant female figure, the depiction of the Virgin Mary, and the religious scene with a cross stand out. The rich ornamentation gives this extraordinary piece a solemn, historical aura.
