Remarkable complete set of 12 earthenware speaking plates from the Choisy-le-Roi manufacture, dedicated to the Paris World Fair of 1900.
A particularly interesting and decorative ensemble, consisting of the 12 numbered models from 1 to 12, each depicting a monument or emblematic area of the great 1900 World Fair.
The plates feature architectural scenes in a black monochrome palette, with their captions, as well as an elegant plant border.

Condition
Good overall condition considering the age of the pieces.
The plates show some marks, traces and subtle patina related to time, as well as a few very light, occasional nicks.
No crack observed.
No apparent restoration.
No major chips.
The set retains good legibility of the decorations and inscriptions.
