A gilded bronze, wall‑mounted mirror from the 1930s in an antique Baroque/Rococo style, featuring a three-candle base and a 50 cm high, 35 cm wide, 19 cm deep frame, made in France and in good used condition with minor signs of aging and spots.

The selected object is an antique or girandole wall mirror with candle holder (wall sconces) executed in a richly decorated Baroque or Rococo style. This type of functional decoration is designed to reflect candlelight in the mirror, making the space more atmospheric and brighter. Object features: Style: Classical Baroque with asymmetric scrolls (rocaille motifs), floral details and a centrally placed relief of a face (possibly inspired by mythological figures such as Medusa or Bacchus).Material: The frame is presumably made of gilded bronze (gilt bronze) or cast brass.Functionality: At the bottom there is a fixture with three integrated candle holders, complete with drip trays.
