The furniture is in excellent overall vintage condition. It is structurally sound, solid, and ready to be placed in a home. All movable elements (doors, drawers, fall-front) slide and operate perfectly. It shows only very slight and normal signs of time on the surface that testify to its history and authenticity from the mid-1900s (note a light, natural era crack on the paneling of the crest, beneath the upper mirror, which does not compromise aesthetics or stability in any way). Clean interior fabric, intact glass and mirrors. The rear photos show the wood’s solidity and health.
NOTE FOR TRANSPORT: To facilitate movement, relocation, and delivery, the piece is divisible into two separate bodies (the lower commode and the upper display can be easily detached).
