Stunning pair of antique solid wood pitchers, bound with riveted metal bands, with a handle and a spout in darkened metal.

These two items show a beautiful natural patina, bearing witness to their age and authenticity. One pitcher a bit more rusted than the other,

Overall in good condition with some rust marks on the jugs and the handles move a little in places, but normal given the age. (see photos)

Originally probably used as a carafe or jug to hold cider or wine..

This pair today constitutes a decorative piece with character, ideal for a rustic, country ambiance.
