The EA 124 lounge chair is part of the Eames Aluminium Chair collection by Vitra and, like all Eames furniture pieces, is distinguished by the intelligent combination of materials. Side panels, mounting brackets, frame and base are made of cast aluminium over which a hopsack fabric seat is stretched. The high back with cushion, in combination with an adjustable backrest mechanism, provides truly excellent seating comfort.
This EA 124 lounge chair is in neat condition, though it feels a bit stiff to operate.

De EA 124 lounge fauteuil maakt deel uit van de Eames Aluminium Chair-collectie van Vitra en wordt, net als alle Eames-meubelstukken, gekenmerkt door de intelligente combinatie van materialen.
