Val Saint Lambert - Candleholder Griffon (2) - Glass - 1913

A pair of beautiful candelabras model "Giffon" from 1913 by Val Saint Lambert. The design can be found in the VSL catalog of 1913 under number 11. The base is formed by four griffins. The base and the candle holder are made of matte-satin glass, the centerpiece in clear transparent glass. This is a unique combination and makes the candelabras highly collectible. Both candelabras are signed on the inside of the base with "Val Saint Lambert Belgique". These more-than-100-year-old candelabras were handcrafted and may show small differences between them. Both candelabras are in perfect condition. Carefully packed and shipped with track & trace.
