Side table, flower stand in Mid-Century Modern style, 1950s–1960s.

Original vintage flower stand, a low auxiliary coffee table in Mid-Century Modern style, dating from the 1950s–1960s of the 20th century.

The furniture has the characteristic light, slender form of that period. The rectangular top with rounded corners is finished with a light laminate imitating the texture of wood. The edge is adorned with a metal strip with a black stripe, and all is supported by four angled, narrowing wooden legs.

Due to its low height and proportions, the item is intended as a flower stand, placed under a window and used to display plants. It can also be used as a low coffee table, helper table, or decorative element in a vintage, retro, Mid-Century, or modernist interior.

The item is preserved in its original vintage condition. Natural signs of time are visible. It has not undergone a thorough renovation, thus retaining its authentic patina. The condition and details are visible in the photos.
