Magnificent copy of the 'Spinario' carved in alabaster (NOT cast alabaster or resin) in Italy in the early 1900s. It has always belonged to my family in Florence. Excellent detail given the difficulty of workmanship due to the small size (14 cm in height by 8 cm in depth). I do not exclude repairs or restorations, but they are nonetheless barely visible. Careful packaging!

Magnifica copia dello 'Spinario' realizzata in alabastro scolpito (NON alabastro fuso o resina) in Italia nei primi del 900. Appartiene da sempre alla mia famiglia a Firenze.  Particolari eccellenti data la difficoltà di realizzazione dovuta alle dimensioni contenute (14 cm di altezza per 8 cm di profondità). Non escludo riparazioni o restauri ma comunque poco visibili.  Imballaggio accurato !
