Baton - Belgium - 1906

A delightful hardwood and metal conductor´s ceremonial baton, measuring circa 39,5cm in length and weighing 117g, inscribed with dedication and dated 1906, Bressoux (Liège).

Such an item would typically be a gift upon retirement for a conductor. The baton is too heavy to actually be wielded for hours when conducting an orchestra or choir.

Condition: Very good, no significant damages or repairs.
