AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Elegant antique Baccarat crystal decanter, model S. 211, dating from the early 20th century, before the introduction of the factory’s systematic acid-etched signatures.
The decanter presents a beautifully balanced pear-shaped body with a tall, slender neck and softly flared shoulders. Long vertical flutes descend gracefully from the neck, emphasising its elegant silhouette, while the lower section is decorated with a refined band of rounded vertical cuts. These details catch and refract the light beautifully, highlighting the remarkable clarity and brilliance of the crystal.
The design is completed by a substantial faceted crystal stopper, adding a strong geometric contrast to the softly rounded body.
Presented in good antique condition, with normal traces of age and use consistent with its period. Some chips are present on the stopper, please examine the photographs carefully for their exact condition and location.
The absence of a signature is consistent with its early production period. The accompanying archival catalogue image illustrates model S. 211 and is included for reference.
Please consider the photographs an integral part of the description.
