DARIUS: MATERNITE (maternity)
French sculptor who simply works under the artist’s name Darius (sometimes under his full profile name Darius Lafon).
He focuses mainly on creating expressive and symbolic figures. He often combines a base of welded iron with materials such as reconstituted marble, wood and mass-coloured resin. [
His work ranges from monumental sculptures for both indoor and outdoor settings to smaller, more figurative and sometimes humorous artworks.
