Side table (2) - A Matched Pair of French Louis XV / Transitional Style Marquetry Bedside Tables - Wood, Marble

A fine matched pair of French bedside tables of bombé form, constructed with mixed wood veneers , highlighted by elegant scrolling floral marquetry panels to the fronts and sides. Each table features a serpentine-molded beige and ochre brocatelle marble top over two machine-dovetailed drawers with decorative cast brass rococo-style handles. The slender, high cabriole legs are embellished with cast brass foliate chutes and terminate in scroll sabots.
It has some small signs of usage, but the marble can be easily restored after purchasing it that can do it. We would pay this restoration.
