Published in the very year Miuccia Prada debuted her very first women’s ready-to-wear collection, this volume stands as a foundational piece in fashion history. Conceived by fashion visionary Manuela Pavesi and featuring the stunning graphic layout by Italo Lupi, the book documents both Prada's historical heritage (archival articles from the 1910s and 1920s) and the introduction of the iconic 1978 Pocone nylon handbags.
