Rare and important chandelier "Le Verre Français" (Schneider) – Art Deco – cameo glass and wrought iron – 5 light points
Splendid original chandelier from Le Verre Français manufactory (signature of Charles Schneider), iconic expression of Art Deco design of the 1920s. The piece stands out for its superior craftsmanship and excellent state of preservation. The structure consists of an original wrought iron frame of high quality, which supports five light points equipped with glass cups decorated with cameo technique.
The glass features a refined stylized forest landscape, with a warm color palette (orange and brown tones) that creates a striking visual contrast when illuminated, typical of Schneider’s outstanding production.
The chandelier bears the cameo-engraved signature "Le Verre Français", clearly legible and slightly raised to the touch, an indisputable guarantee of its authenticity.
The item is perfectly intact. The glass cups show no chipping, cracks, or restorations. The wrought iron frame is solid and complete in every part, with the original patina preserved.
