Splendid and authentic Uzbek hand-knotted rug, woven in Afghanistan, purchased in 1997. The rug is sold complete with its official warranty and authenticity certificate issued by the renowned gallery "TeA Tappeti Orientali" in Rome. This piece stands out for the quality of its hand-spun wool and the use of beautiful dyes that display the charming "abrash" effect (natural variations in tone in the red field and in the blue/light-blue inserts), highly sought after by collectors.
