Wooden sculpture of Mary with the Christ Child in her arms. Mary is depicted standing with her head slightly turned toward the child. The crescent moon refers to her purity. The Christ Child sits on her left arm and holds an imperial orb. Mary wears a long cloak that falls in deep folds around the body.

Height approximately 39 cm; carved wood with a light brown finish, unsigned, in good overall condition with light signs of aging.
