A distinctive Dutch Amsterdam School / Art Deco pendulum dating from circa 1925–1930. Beautiful geometric wooden case with contrasting veneer and a striking stepped metal dial with strongly stylized numerals.

Fitted with a German HAU (Hamburg-Amerikanische Uhrenfabrik) / Junghans W65 movement, multiple chimes, pendulum and key.

A closely related clock model with this characteristic tiered dial is documented within the collection of Museum Het Schip / Amsterdam School Platform. The designer/manufacturer of this type is as yet unknown.

Bijzondere Nederlandse Amsterdamse School/Art Deco pendule uit circa 1925–1930. Fraaie geometrische houten kast met contrasterend fineer en een opvallende trapsgewijs opgebouwde metalen wijzerplaat met sterk gestileerde cijfers.

Voorzien van een Duits HAU (Hamburg-Amerikanische Uhrenfabrik)/Junghans W65 uurwerk, meervoudige gong, slinger en sleutel.

Een nauw verwant klokmodel met dit karakteristieke type trapsgewijze wijzerplaat is gedocumenteerd binnen de collectie van Museum Het Schip / Amsterdamse School Platform. De ontwerper/vervaardiger van dit type is vooralsnog onbekend.
