Superb.
After 30 years of work, on July 29, 1836, the Arc de Triomphe begun under Napoleon was finally inaugurated. The grand celebration that was supposed to take place was cancelled for fear of an attack against King Louis-Philippe I. Only eleven people would be present, including: the Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers Adolphe Thiers, the Minister of Finance Antoine Maurice Apollinaire Argout, six National Guards, the guardian of the monument, and two official visitors. This case/box has probably been handed to one of these personalities during the inauguration.
