Reliquary - Copper and wood - 1800-1850 - 39 cm

Late 19th-century reliquary from the northern Italy region. Body in wood and covered with a copper sheet entirely hand-hammered. An object that has seen extensive use over time, missing the final copper tip (see photo) but very interesting. The back shows old gluing repairs on the wooden body, a patina of age, and dimensions of 39 x 17 x 1 cm. Due to current regulations, it cannot be shipped outside the European Union.
