The design of this iconic clock features a minimalist Bauhaus / Space Age style.

It is characterized by a square case (made of steel and brushed aluminum) and a round, easy-to-read dial with simple black numerals and hands.
Inside operates an early, reliable electromechanical mechanism of the ATO-MAT type
