Olympia Traveller de Luxe – green

Vintage Olympia Traveller de Luxe typewriter in a beautiful green finish.

This compact and distinctive Olympia Traveller de Luxe is a nice portable typewriter from the vintage period. The machine has the characteristic Olympia design and is finished in an attractive green color, making it not only functional but also a particularly decorative collectible.

The Traveller de Luxe is known for its compact size and relatively light weight, which made it easy to carry at the time. A fine example of the practical industrial design of portable typewriters from this period.
There is an important distinction with the Traveller: the first examples were produced in West Germany, but from about 1971 production was moved to Bugojno in Yugoslavia, by UNIS.
