Elegant round wooden side table, featuring a beautiful warm reddish-brown tone.
This table is part of the tradition of Georgian and Victorian tambour tables, popular from the 18th to the 19th century in England and more broadly in Europe. These pieces were particularly valued for their functional elegance, combining a circular top with discreet storage spaces and a worked pedestal.
This model has three drawers integrated into the circular belt, each providing practical small storage. The piece rests on an elegant turned central shaft, extended by a tripod base with curved feet. The turned details of the shaft and the curves of the base reflect classical influences, notably Neoclassical and traditional English furniture. The cherry wood finish adds warmth and highlights the furniture’s elegant lines.
