Surrounding it runs in green capitals the proverb The morning hour has gold in its mouth. The pennant bears a wreath of green rosettes with black dots, between ochre pearl borders and green piping. The decoration is laid out with stencils and finished with the brush. The collectors’ catalog LastDodo describes this same board, 22.5 cm, in a series of eight proverbs.

Good. Glaze: needle-prick marks and small inclusions, production-related to this earthenware and no damage. Pennant: some reddish spots in the glaze.
