Märklin H0 - 37331 - Electric locomotive (1) - BB 3601 - CFL

Märklin 37331 in H0 scale: the electric locomotive series 3600 of the Luxembourgish railways (CFL), in the original blue livery with works number BB 3601. This machine earned the nickname “Bügeleisen” (iron) due to its distinctive shape and is structurally related to the French BB 12000 series. Märklin released this model as a one-off edition.

Metal construction with drive on all axles, suitable for both freight and passenger trains. The model features a digital decoder with controlled high-power drive and a special flywheel motor. Four axles driven, four traction tyres. The front light operates in a conventional manner and is digitally switchable; the tail lights and the acceleration and braking delay are digitally switchable. The lighting is implemented with maintenance-free LEDs. The roof current pickup is mounted on free-standing frames, there are numerous loose hand grabs fitted, and brake hoses and to-scale couplings can be plugged onto the buffer beam. Length over buffers: 17.5 cm.

Note: this model has no sound module and no mfx decoder. It is the original digital version from 2003.

Delivered in the original Märklin packaging. Condition: the locomotive is in excellent, barely used condition. Paint and printing are intact, the pantographs are intact and undamaged, and the running surfaces and traction tires show virtually no signs of use. The cardboard packaging shows light storage marks with a crease along the top edge. Included accessories: [Kenny – to be completed: manual and bag of add-on parts present or not].
