Winemaking: Grapes selected manually on the mat of choice undergo the 2nd mechanical process of selection of berries. These are crushed gently before entering the vat and after inoculation, fermentation starts with temperature control. Smooth maceration.

Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels of 400L.

Post Scriptum is a wine with a profile similar to that of Chryseia: expressive and concentrated fruit, combined with great balance and elegance, ready to be consumed from an early age.
