Hand-turned exceptionally large singing bowl measuring 13.5 cm high, 27 cm in diameter, and 1861 grams. The bowl is beautifully etched (handcrafted). The material is an alloy of different metals. The sound is beautifully deep, clear, and sustains for a long time.
Inside, the bowl is decorated with mantras and geometric shapes. Using mantras during meditation helps quiet the thoughts and brings focus and calm.
In the etching, on the outside, there are images of seven ashtamangala or auspicious signs, including the lotus flower, conch, and the endless knot.
The singing bowl is made from different metals. Copper is the primary metal, giving rise to the pure tone. The sound of this bowl is beautifully deep and balanced and lasts long. There are a few small areas of corrosion on the bowl. This clearly has no effect on the sound. It is delivered including the accompanying cushion and the striker.
