Certificate Henk Vleeming: "Stamp with variety and perforation is genuine, gum original with hinge slots. According to the NVPH catalog the top margin should be 10 mm. For this stamp, however, no specimens are known with extra impressions or shifted perforations in the top margin. Furthermore, three similar specimens are known, all with a top margin of 4.0–4.3 mm.
