A unique piece of artistic craftsmanship and cinema history. This vintage Keystone 8mm Camera Model K-8 (produced in Boston, USA in the 1930s/40s) has been expertly customized and rejuvenated in Florence by a master restorer with over 30 years of experience in restoring works of art and vintage objets d'art.
Restoration and Artistic Reinterpretation:
Tribute to Charlie Chaplin: The wider side façade has been clad with a high-resolution graphic reinterpretation printed on a cutting-edge technical material, depicting the famous Charlot (Charlie Chaplin) on a set street from the era of the silent film golden age.
Advanced Technical Material: The applied coating is tactile, water-repellent, stain-resistant, and resistant to oily/greasy skin substances, ensuring long-lasting durability while preserving the aesthetic appearance even during use or daily handling.
Detail Care: the metal body has undergone a superficial cleaning to remove impurities without affecting the patina and the historical charm of the object.
