Important pair of AV Mazzega table lamps, Murano production.

The design is strongly sculptural: large semicircular diffusers of frosted glass seem to be suspended on black geometric bases, lightened by elegant transparent elements.

Particularly significant is the presence of the complete pair, with both lamps still bearing the original label “AV Mazzega – Murano – Made in Italy”.

A refined example of Italian lighting from the second half of the 20th century, with a strong presence even when off.

Importante coppia di lampade da tavolo AV Mazzega, produzione Murano.

Il design è fortemente scultoreo: grandi diffusori semicircolari in vetro satinato sembrano sospesi sulle basi geometriche nere, alleggerite da eleganti elementi trasparenti.

Particolarmente significativa la presenza della coppia completa, con entrambe le lampade ancora provviste dell’etichetta originale “AV Mazzega – Murano – Made in Italy”.

Un raffinato esempio dell’illuminazione italiana del secondo Novecento, di forte presenza anche da spente.
