Alessi - Alessandro Mendini, Stefano Marzano - Coffee maker - plastic and steel

Alessi meets Philips coffee machine (model HD2004) in a peach-colored version, designed in the 1990s by Alessandro Mendini and Stefano Marzano. The appliance works optimally and is in nearly new condition. Dimensions: height 26 cm, width 32 cm, depth 22 cm. Carefully packed and insured for shipment.

On September 27, 1994, Philips and Alessi launched a collaboration project consisting of high-end electric kitchen appliances, including a toaster, a citrus press, a coffee maker, and a kettle; here is one of the products from this legendary design line.

When Philips in October 1994 introduced the latest household appliances from the Alessi line at the Groninger Museum, the company spoke of "trendsetters in kitchen appliances".
Nowadays it has become a collectors item. Since 1997 it has been a permanent part of the MoMA collection.
