Situated at 600 metres above sea level, Les Davids and its exceptional winery are tucked in a valley on the edge of Ventoux.
A wine with vibrant aromas of red fruits, violet and licorice, complemented by a woody note.
The palate opens with a mineral attack and unfolds with crunchy yet silky tannins, balanced by the wine’s volume and the warmth imparted by black Grenache. An expressive, lush and ethereal cuvée that results from a unique climate and soil, requiring special care and work to achieve a wine of great quality.
