All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcels, Mini Mail, and other carriers.

After payment confirmation, we ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, card top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for any damage, loss, or value decline that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or during transit delays.

Cancellation and Returns Policy:

Non-cancellable cases:
- Subtle differences from the photos (especially centering)
- Condition of the outer packaging of unopened packs (not included with this product)
- Unawareness of customs duties

- Minor deformation of the outer packaging (slight creasing, dents, scratches) – we will treat this as a shipping issue.
