Description from the seller
Set Hi-Fi Pioneer SA-510 & TX-410L - Silver Stereo Amplifier and Tuner (1980-1981)
Up for auction, an elegant vintage Hi-Fi set signed Pioneer, consisting of the integrated amplifier Pioneer SA-510 and the matched tuner Pioneer TX-410L. Made in Japan in the early 80s, these modules are famous for their attractive satin-silver finish and for the characteristic blue fluorescent indicators on the front, which define the legendary Pioneer "Blue Line", highly sought after by collectors.
The set is in excellent functional condition. Both units have been tested.
The amplifier responds with precision and the potentiometers are smooth and free of crackling. The tuner tunes stably, locking onto the stereo signal without hesitation.
Both elements present themselves in very good overall cosmetic condition.
They show only tiny and inevitable signs of time and age, minimal and non-invasive.
All details are clearly visible in the photographs, which are an integral part of the description and of the item for sale.
Despite the compact size, the SA-510 delivers a warm, clear, and dynamic timbre, typical of Pioneer sound of that era. Its real 33 watts per channel are generous and perfect for soundtracking domestic spaces with pure and engaging playback.
The amplifier includes an excellent dedicated pre-phono stage for MM cartridges (Moving Magnet). Ideal for rediscovering the warmth of vinyl with good dynamic response and low background noise.
The 3-band analog tuner (FM, MW, LW) is extremely sensitive and precise.
Inputs Section (Amplifier): RCA connections for Phono, Tuner, Aux and two Tape input/output paths (Tape 1 and Tape 2 for monitoring or extra sources).
Speaker Connectors: The amplifier mounts the classic Pioneer clip terminals that accept stripped wire. It allows connection of two pairs of speakers (Speakers A / B / A+B), conveniently selectable from the front panel.
Tuner Outputs: The TX-410L includes the factory-integrated RCA analog cable for direct connection to the amplifier. [1, 4, 7, 9]
