Golden bronze table frame - 19th century.

Identification: portrait/photo frame with a rear easel, in cast and pierced gilded bronze.

Style and period: neo-Renaissance and historicist taste, probably French or continental European, late 19th/early 20th century, around 1880–1910.

The decoration features fluted columns, volutes, foliage, a female mascaron and allegorical figures; the pediment is topped by a family group with a child.

Dimensions: 35 × 22.5 × 3 cm.

Condition: good presentation, with slight wear and natural darkening of the gilding in the recessed areas. The hinged easel remains.

Moldura de mesa em bronze dourado - Século XIX.

Identificação: moldura de retrato/fotografia com cavalete posterior, em bronze dourado fundido e vazado.

Estilo e época: gosto neo-renascentista e historicista, provavelmente francês ou europeu continental, finais do século XIX/inícios do século XX, cerca de 1880–1910.

A decoração apresenta colunas caneladas, volutas, folhagem, mascarão feminino e figuras alegóricas; o frontão é rematado por um grupo familiar com uma criança. 

Dimensões: 35 × 22,5 × 3 cm.

Estado: boa apresentação, com ligeiro desgaste e escurecimento natural do dourado nas zonas rebaixadas. O cavalete articulado conserva-se.
