Yashica FX -3 + ML 2/50mm | Analogue camera

This Yashica FX-3 camera, paired with a Yashica ML 50mm/F2 lens, is in excellent condition and has been tested extensively.

Both the body and the lens are very light and therefore easy to carry. Many users even store them in their pocket without a lens cap, as they value convenience.

Purely mechanical body: The FX-3 features a purely mechanical shutter, allowing normal shooting even without a battery. The only drawback is that the exposure metering is temporarily unavailable, which does not affect use in emergencies.

High-quality lens: The ML 50mm f/2 lens delivers good sharpness in the image center even at wide open, produces natural colors, soft skin tones in portraits, and a unique swirl-focus effect that has earned it the nickname “the Zeiss for everyone.”

High compatibility: This lens uses a C/Y mount and is therefore easily compatible with mirrorless cameras like Sony E-mount with an adapter. It offers excellent value for money.

Leatherette repairability: This is a common issue with the FX-3, but it does not affect usability; simply reattach the leatherette.

The exposure metering indicators in the viewfinder are intuitive: after turning on, a green dot (correct exposure) appears on the right side of the viewfinder, along with a red plus sign (+) for overexposure and a red minus sign (-) for underexposure.
